Bullying and Harassment
Did you know that as of June 2008, bullying and harassment is against the law?
Bullying means systematically and chronically inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress by way of written, verbal, or physical behavior, including threatening, insulting or dehumanizing gesture, by a student or adult. Bullying may involve but is not limited to: teasing, social exclusion, threats, intimidation, stalking, physical violence, theft, sexual, religious or racial harassment, public humiliation, destruction of property, cyberstalking and cyberbullying and hazing
