Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ (M-DCPS) teachers, school counselors, and administrators work to ensure each student’s best interests. To meet that objective, the District must notify students and parents, in writing, of the requirements for the new standard high school diploma, available designations, and the eligibility requirements for state scholarship programs and postsecondary admissions as stated in 2013 legislation Senate Bill 1076.
